HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚/𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: •Deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable. • Reservations must be confirmed and paid for according to the stated payment methods and deadlines. • Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined on the specific form and must be adhered to. • You agree to comply with all posted rules and regulations of the resort and leisure farm. • This includes respecting the environment, property, and staff. 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 • Please note that our standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to check out by 2:00 PM as well. • If you need to check in or out early, please arrange this in advance as it is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. • Upon departure, please notify the front office. Keys are to be surrendered during check-out. • If any keys are lost, a fee of PHP 150.00 will be charged. • Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful will result in removal from the premises without refund. • Participation in certain activities may have specific age, health, or skill requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you meet these requirements before participating.
